We are supporting the registration, equipping and operationalization of Kyabbogo Football club as a model club that can demonstrate the formation of sustainable sports clubs in Mubende and to mobilize youth for anti-drug abuse campaign, employment creation and economic empowerment. The club is now registered, recruiting players and offering behavior change and economic empowerment engagements for 30 players internally and over 336 registered fans on match days. The project which targets youth between 14 and 35 years will be scaled up through engagement with sports authorities of various sports in Mubende district to reach 10,000 youth by 2029.
